Booking, Payment & Cancellation

Valid government ID proof (Aadhaar, Driving Licence, Passport, etc.) must be provided before trip start.
Bookings are confirmed only after advance payment is received.
Payment may be collected in stages: advance to confirm, balance during or before trip completion.
In case of cancellation 48 hours prior, refund may be processed. Within 48 hours, advance is non-refundable.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed through original payment method, excluding transaction charges.

Vehicle & Driver Policy

Driver and vehicle details will be shared prior to journey.
Vehicle may be replaced with equivalent or upgraded model if required.
Driver allowance may apply for late night travel (10 PM – 6 AM).
Customers must not board any unknown vehicle without confirmation.

Luggage & Seating

Luggage capacity varies by vehicle type. Please confirm before booking.
Extra luggage may require vehicle upgrade.
All passengers including children above 5 years are counted as full seats.

Tariff & Charges

Tariff includes fuel, driver allowance, tolls, parking and permit charges unless stated otherwise.
Additional charges may apply for extra hours, extra kilometers, or route deviation.
Rates are subject to change due to fuel price or government regulations.

Travel Conditions

AC may be turned off during hill travel or when vehicle safety requires.
Delays due to traffic, weather or road conditions are not under our control.
Itinerary may change based on practical conditions.

Hotel & Accommodation

Hotel bookings are subject to availability at time of confirmation.
Similar category hotel will be provided if selected hotel is unavailable.
Hotel policies (check-in/out, food, cancellation) are governed by respective hotel.
Any additional hotel charges must be paid directly by the customer.

Safety & Responsibility

Smoking, alcohol and illegal activities inside vehicle are strictly prohibited.
Customers are responsible for their belongings.
We are not liable for delays, accidents, or natural events beyond control.

Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to Coimbatore jurisdiction only.
